Taiji is more than martial art

Red Dragon TaijiTai Chi can be practised for fitness, self defence, or meditatively. Unlike many martial arts, there are a variety of regimes, including strength and flexibility work, Chi Gong, martial, and meditative applications.

About our training

Red Dragon Taiji holds weekly classes in Denbigh, Ruthin, Flintshire and Wrexham. Our training focuses on a discipline called Simplified Yang Style. It is well suited to beginners, requires no equipment, and can be practised by all age groups.

Some students in our class work with the sword and quarterstaff.
